According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the word “phobia” encompasses an inexplicable and illogical fear of something, typically grossly exaggerated, that creates inside a person an intolerance or aversion to that particular something. Someone with arachnophobia, for instance, might faint when seeing the smallest of harmless spiders, while someone with claustrophobia might have an extreme panic attack when being confined to tight sitting quarters on an airplane.
Phobias, in other words, can create a type of hysteria inside a person that’s typically not reflective of actual reality, at least compared to most other people – the insinuation being that people with phobias aren’t quite right in their thinking, and thus possess some level of instability or derangement. With this in mind, it makes sense that Leftists are notorious for labeling anyone who disagrees with their particular social dogmas as having phobias of those dogmas – think “homophobia,” “transphobia,” and “Islamophobia,” as a few common examples.
This retaliatory tactic by the Left against everyone who disagrees with Leftist ideologies seems to work quite well in terms of social engineering, at least within Leftist circles. By labeling others as (fill-in-the-blank)-phobic based on differing belief systems, the goal is to tarnish not only the reputations of those who disagree, but also their very personhood – the phobia line of thinking functioning as a means by which the Left can effectively dehumanize conservatives and others to whom they’re ideologically opposed.
But by using this same line of “logic,” is it then also true that Leftists are phobic of the people and things that they oppose, including white people, Christians, Republicans, and people who support traditional marriage? After all, it’s only fair to thus say that anti-white racists like Sarah Jeong of The New York Times (NYT) are “white-phobic,” or that liberals who become triggered by Christians practicing their faith are “Christ-phobic.”
How about Leftists who say that parents shouldn’t be allowed to influence their own children as it pertains to their “gender identities?” In order to remain consistent in our phobia labeling, these folks would have to be labeled as both “straight-phobic” and “freedom-phobic,” as well as perhaps “nuclear-family-phobic.”
If you think this all sounds ridiculous, consider the fact that Leftists employ this type of thing all the time, and almost nobody is brave enough to challenge it. Any rational person should be able to recognize that phobia branding has no basis in reality, as most people who disagree with the agenda of the LGBT Mafia, for instance, aren’t actually “afraid” of the LGBT Mafia as the word phobia implies – they simply disagree with its endgame of total societal demoralization and breakdown, which is completely within their rights as Americans.
It’s also true that most Americans who decry the anti-Semitic agenda of radical Muslims like Ilhan Omar aren’t actually afraid of people like her, but simply want her to go back to wherever it is she came from if she can’t meld and assimilate into the American way of life.
“If you don’t like whatever the Left is pushing on any given day, they’re quick to call it a ‘phobia’ in order to shut down the conversation,” says Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
“But they hate Christianity and liberty, so why don’t we call them ‘God-phobic’ or ‘Freedom-phobic,’ or similar? Why are they afraid of white people and men? Aren’t those phobias? But to the Left, that’s just normal. A ‘phobia’ to them is just something you are resisting that they are pushing in your face.”
